Naming Ceremony

A naming ceremony is part of many cultures and is an opportunity to welcome a new baby into the family, celebrate the change of name through adoption or for other reasons. Families and friends join together to celebrate the event.

This ceremony can include recognition of family and friends who will provide additional support for the child as mentors or godparents.
